Four Peaks Counseling Services, PLC is looking to bring on a new licensed mental health therapist to join this growing private practice, which provides outpatient mental health counseling to children, teens, adults, families, and couples. Qualified candidates must be a LPC licensed therapist in the state of Arizona. Current paneling with insurance companies is preferred, but not required. Willingness to become paneled with insurance companies is expected. Experience working with children and adolescent is a plus.

Responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Provide individual, couples, and/or family counseling to clients ages 5 and up
  • Complete necessary documentation including progress notes, treatment plans, and electronic claims submissions on provided, user friendly EMR software
  • Twice a month, or as needed, clinical meetings
  • Effective communication and follow up with clients, their family, and collateral contacts as deemed necessary
  • Work three evenings of your choice until 8 pm, preferably with one of the evenings being on Thursday
  • Have 25-29 hours available on average per week to schedule clients
